*Depending on appointment type you may be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will go toward your service.
*Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done 24hrs prior to your appointment time for your deposit to go toward rescheduled service.
*If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside the 24hr policy, you will be required to pay another deposit.
*If you are LATE please communicate your tardiness before your scheduled time via TEXT.
*If you are more than 15min late your appointment will be subject to cancellation.
*If you are late/no show with NO COMMUNICATION you will be banned from booking future appointments.
